As most of you know, Mackenzie is healthy and thriving! We are truly blessed to have her in our lives. She has opened our eyes to a whole new world with her innocence and curiosity. She is changing everyday and getting a personality.

Mackenzie's Nursery

After many weeks of preparation and organization the nursery is complete! The wall with the window is painted a shade of pink while the other walls are off white. Daddy says "it's the nicest room in the house!"

We were able to celebrate with family and friends at our Baby Bash on May 30, 2009. We are truly blessed by all the people who love us and care deeply for our new addition. We can't express to you how much all your gifts and "words of wisdom" mean.

A quick update on my pregnancy.....my amnotic fluid was higher than normal and the doctor ordered non stress tests for about 2 weeks to monitor Mackenzie but as of yesterday (June 9), my fluids levels are in the normal range and she is laying "head down". I am at a -3 which is normal since we have roughly 5 weeks to go. We are anxiously awaiting for her arrival.

I can't believe I am 33 weeks pregnant! Where has the time gone? We are anxiously awaiting our big baby bash on Saturday. The nursery furniture is all set up and arranged but I still need to wash her bedding, clothes and obviously organize! We begin our Childbirth classes next Wednesday which only means the big BIRTH DAY is quickly approaching.

28 Weeks

I can't believe I am 28 weeks already! Everything is coming along nicely, just patiently waiting for July. Baby M's room is painted (off white and pink), the furniture should arrive within the next 2 weeks! She is kicking more frequently and beginning to follow a schedule. She still is very stubborn for daddy but he says "maybe she will be calm for me". We are looking forward to seeing all our family and friends at our Baby Bash on May 30th!

I can't believe how fast time is going. We were able to complete our baby registry last week and are looking forward to get started on Baby M's room.

While I was in VA visiting Belinda, she took this full body shot! I love my belly and all the wiggles I have been feeling the last couple of weeks. Jerry THINKS he feels her moving around but it seems that each time I tell him to feel my belly, Zoe comes over and butts in. I think she knows that big changes are coming.

Brief Update

Here is my 19 week baby bump! I am very proud of my bump and the growth of our little girl. Currently I am 22 weeks along and have "rounded" out. Jerry can't believe how big I have gotten in the past several weeks. We have decided on paint colors and baby furniture for the nursery. I am so excited to start on her room!!

It's a ............!

I have been very busy the last several weeks and haven't had a chance to update our blog. The most important event that occurred was finding out the sex of the "babybean". With great pleasure we are having a GIRL!! During the ultrasound she was so active that she eventually turned herself completely around! She is 100% healthy and developing right on track.
